SMS Terms

  1. Program. Kinroost Family Notifications sends optional, informational updates about activity in your private family space, including new posts, photos, comments, reactions, and tags. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
  2. Opt-in. An invited Kinroost member enrolls in their authenticated account by entering a mobile number, checking an unchecked-by-default consent box, and confirming a one-time verification code. The member confirms they are the account holder for the number provided. Consent is not a condition of using Kinroost.
  3. Separate security messages. A one-time code used to confirm the mobile number during opt-in is sent through Twilio Verify. Login and security codes are user-requested transactional messages; they are not part of the Kinroost Family Notifications campaign and are not covered by its optional consent checkbox.
  4. Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
  5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Kinroost does not charge for the messages.
  6. Opt-out. Reply STOP(or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop family notifications. You’ll get one confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
  7. Help. Reply HELP, or contact support@kinroost.com.
  8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers; availability may vary.
  9. Eligibility. You must be the account holder and able to consent for the number provided. US numbers only.
  10. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and consent. Kinroost does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at kinroost.com/legal/sms-terms.
