SMS Terms

  1. Program. Kinroost sends (a) one-time login/verification codes and (b) optional notifications about activity in your family space (new posts, photos, comments, and a weekly recap).
  2. Opt-in. You enroll by entering your mobile number and/or checking the notifications box and confirming consent. You confirm you are the account holder for the number provided. Consent is not a condition of using Kinroost.
  3. Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Kinroost does not charge for the messages.
  5. Opt-out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all messages. You’ll get one confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
  6. Help. Reply HELP, or contact support@kinroost.com.
  7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers; availability may vary.
  8. Eligibility. You must be the account holder and able to consent for the number provided. US numbers only.
  9. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and consent.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at kinroost.com/legal/sms-terms.
